Dr Bonya Chakraborty is Project Director at the Academy of Business and Retail Management, London, UK. She has an experience of over 10 years in teaching at both undergraduate & postgraduate level at private Higher & Further Education sector in the UK including over 5 years at senior Administrative role. She holds Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology, Moscow, Russia, two Post-graduate Diplomas from UK, MBA in Marketing from the University of Sunderland, UK, DBA from BSU, USA. She is a member of various professional bodies including, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Institute of Administrative Management.

Her research spans related research domains such as word of mouth marketing, viral marketing & relationship marketing with the themes of bond, commitment, trust, benevolence & compassion. One of her research publications on “Viral marketing: New form of word-of-mouth marketing through internet” received to date 146 Google Scholar citations

She lives in London, UK, interested in Music, Bengali Poem, yoga and involve different charitable activities. She has been practicing Yoga for the past 5 years and strongly believe that Yoga is one of the most powerful and unique discipline and integral part of ancient Indian Philosophy and Hinduism & is a complete psychological system with clear explanation to understand human condition.
