Dipen has got about 40 years of experience in the fields of Industrial Maintenance & Management. Started career in Tea Industries with M/S     James Finlay & PLC (Incorporated in Great Britain) and worked there for about 5 years. Then switched over to Jute Industry in 1981. Since then has been working in jute industry & reached the top Management position of the Industry.

Dipen is a humble devotee to lord Krishna. Dipen would read a few verses of Gita almost every day during hostel life in the University.

 Dipen believes that Gita can help us greatly in corporate or management profession by creating harmony in conflict as Krishna is talking about peace and inner harmony in a conflicting situation called war. Gita is an effective guide in creating harmony in any change by way of events in life, as life comprises chain of events from taking birth to death.
