A statement about open access

Conference proceeding is an open access publication which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this proceeding without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. BGRF is committed to publish all full text articles (accepted for the conference) online for immediate open access to readers and there is no charge to download articles for their own scholarly use.
