Conference registration fee
At least one of the authors(s) of the accepted paper MUST register for the conference to have their paper included in the Conference Proceedings. The participant(s) who register before receiving   the decision regarding "Acceptance" of their Abstracts/full papers are not guaranteed that their submissions shall be accepted. Participants who wish to attend the conference but are not submitting any paper must also register. The registration fee is as follows

1. Registration as an author (For oral presentation)                                       £250
2. Registration as a student researcher  and observer                                   Free



Author(s): An author is a conference participant who has also authored a paper and is presenting the same.

Observer: is a conference participant who is attending the conference but is not presenting any work.

Registration for Students: Kindly note that the Student fee is applicable only for full-time/part time doctoral / master students. All students must send an email with evidence of their studentship including identity card, a certificate from the director.

In order to get a concessional fee as a student, the participant must email to BGRF admin

1. Scanned identity card as a student

2. Scanned letter on the letterhead signed by the Programme Leader / Head of the Department or concerned authority at the university stating clearly that the participant is a full time/part time student in a particular programme.

The registration fee includes the Conference Proceedings both hard copy and online publication, conference attendance for both days, Conference Kit, Conference Program Brochure, Certificate, coffee breaks and lunches. However, please note that should you require any extra hard copy of the conference proceedings there is an additional charge of £25 per copy and you are required to order at least two weeks prior to the conference. if you required the hard copy but are unable to attend the conference there is an additional charge of £25 for international shipping.

The food during the conference shall have only vegetarian options. If you have any specific dietary requirements, kindly inform the BGRF Admin while completing the registration process.

Important: After making the payment of your registration fee, please email to info@bgrfuk.org with the following details:

  1. Conference reference number
  2. Your full name
  3. Paper title (if submitted and accepted)
  4. Date of your fee payment
  5. Amount paid
  6. Mode of your payment (i.e. PayPal or direct transfer)
  7. Scanned copy of your payment confirmation with reference number
  8. Once we receive the fee at our end, we shall email to the participant, a formal receipt for the same.

Payment & Cancelation:
Authors need to note that payments made for the submission of the articles have no bearing on the peer review process or acceptance for publication. In the event of a paper being declined for publication any submission fee paid in advance will be refunded minus a £50 administrative charge within six weeks of receipt of the refund form being completed and submitted (the said will be emailed along with notification of non -acceptance). If the paper is accepted for publication and if the author/authors then decide to notify of their decision to withdraw the paper after paying the fees, the following criteria will apply:

  1. If notice of 8 weeks or more is given prior to the final conference date – 50% refund
  2. If notice of 6 weeks or more is given – 25%
  3. If notice of less than 6 weeks is given – No refund is given.

Please note that international money transfer fees will be deducted from any money refunded.
